Orangemelon is a very healthy fruit and has important water content.  It’s composed mainly of water, which makes it a perfect fruit for hydration in hot weather. In addition, it has a large amount of provitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and group B vitamins that serve as antioxidants. As for the minerals, it has potassium, magnesium, and a little calcium and iron. Watermelon is depurative and satiating, and perfect for slimming diets because it has few calories. It is used in juices and can be eaten by itself.

MysticRoots exports high-quality frozen IQF WaterMelon in the form of balls, diced & chunks. The fruits are ripened, sorted, washed, and peeled. The fruits are either made into balls by scooping or hand cut in the form of chunks as per the customer's request.  Then they are cleansed, dewatered, and transferred to the IQF. The IQF fruit is put through a sieve, inspected, and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18°C.
