Okra also known as lady's finger/bhindi, is a vegetable with a unique taste and slimy texture. Okra is rich in high value protein, made up of both soluble and insoluble fibre, plentiful with carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins, hence it is a storehouse of valued nutrients.

MysticRoots exports premium quality frozen IQF okra whole/cuts. The fresh okra are sorted, washed, cut, blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF (designed to halt microbial activities). The Frozen whole/cut okra are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
