MysticRoots exports high-quality frozen IQF coconut in the form of slices/dices/chunks. The fruit undergoes preliminary steps, where the copra is detached from the hard shell and thin brown portion of copra is also removed. The white copra are washed, diced or sliced as per requirement using dicer. The Dices are cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The IQF dices are sieved, inspected and packed.
