It is a native fruit to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean island. In India, it is widely grown in Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. It is ready to harvest in the months of January-Februrary and May-June. It has various health benefits. Sapota promotes Gut health, Strong bones, boost immunity and energy, helps in preventing cancer, healthy skin and controls blood pressure and many more benefits. Mostly used in Juices, smoothies, Ice Cream, etc.

Product Information

MysticRoots exports high-quality frozen IQF Sapota in the form of slices and dices. The fruits are ripened, sorted, washed, de-cored, and peeled. Then it is hand cut in the form of slices or any other forms according to the customer's request. The slices are cleansed, dewatered, and transferred to the IQF. The IQF slices are put through a sieve, inspected, and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18°C.
