Botanical Name: Musa acuminata

Bananas have bright yellow skin and sweet white fleshy pulp inside. This fruit is rich in Magnesium, Fibre, Lots of Antioxidants, Vitamin B6 & Vitamin C which help in good digestion and satisfy sweet cravings. It takes nearly 12 to 15 months for crops to develop completely and be ready to harvest in the months of September to April. Mostly used in Juices, smoothies, cakes, Ice Cream, etc.

Product Information

MysticRoots exports high-quality frozen IQF bananas in the form of slices and puree. The fruits are ripened, sorted, washed, de-cored, and peeled. Then it is hand cut in the form of slices or any other forms according to the customer's request. The slices are cleansed, dewatered, and transferred to the IQF. The IQF slices are put through a sieve, inspected, and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18°C.
