MysticRoots exports Alphonso mango in the form of chunks and is produced through the following process under hygienic conditions. Premium quality Alphonso Mangoes are subjected to preliminary steps (sorting, washing, and peeling). The mangoes are cut in the form of chunks or any other forms according to the customer's request. The chunks are cleansed, dewatered, and frozen using IQF, aimed at halting microbial activities that can cause the deterioration of food. The IQF mango chunks are sieved, inspected, and packed. The packed cartons are fed through a metal detector and stored at -18°C.
